Publisher KOMODO and developer Crypton Future Media have announced Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe, a new edition of the puzzle game featuring the popular virtual singer Hatsune Miku. The game will launch on October 29, 2026, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam, priced at ¥1,980.
The Deluxe Edition includes the original Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI, which debuted on Nintendo Switch in January 2022, along with two previously released premium downloadable content packs. The game will support five languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Connect Matching Eggs in Puzzle Gameplay
In Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe, players must connect eggs featuring matching patterns by drawing a line between them. Connections are valid as long as the line makes no more than two turns, requiring players to examine the entire board carefully and identify possible matches.
Each stage is completed once all eggs have been cleared from the board. The straightforward rules make the game accessible, while the need to find valid connections across the screen adds a layer of observation and planning to each puzzle.
Unlock Exclusive Illustrations and Collect Birds
Completing puzzles also rewards players with special illustrations featuring Hatsune Miku and her friends. Each cleared puzzle reveals one section of an image, and players must uncover every panel to see the complete artwork.
The illustrations were created exclusively for the game by popular illustrators, offering fans additional artwork to collect as they progress.
The game also includes a bird-collection feature. Players gather berries while solving puzzles to attract different birds to Bird’s Square. Every bird that visits is recorded in the Gallery, with the ultimate objective of attracting all available birds and completing the collection.
Five Original Songs From the Piapro Community
Music is another key feature of the Deluxe Edition. The game includes five original songs selected as winners of a public submission contest held through Piapro.
These tracks were created by fans and independent creators, allowing players to enjoy community-produced music while working through the puzzles.
With its combination of casual puzzle gameplay, exclusive illustrations, bird collecting, and fan-created music, Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe offers a refreshed package for fans of the virtual singer.
