Koei Tecmo and Gust have officially confirmed the release date for The Apothecary Diaries: The False Imperial Brother, an upcoming mystery adventure game based on the popular The Apothecary Diaries franchise. The game is scheduled to launch worldwide on March 18, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
The game will be available in Standard and Deluxe editions, while players in Japan will also have access to more premium packages called the Premium Box and Special Premium Box.

The story revolves around the Five Mysteries and Five Curses, a series of strange incidents and conspiracies causing unrest across different areas.
