Crunchyroll, the global destination for anime fans, today announced that anime fans in Indonesia can now subscribe to Crunchyroll directly through the PlayStation® Media Hub on PlayStation® 5 (PS5®) and PlayStation® 4 (PS4®). This integration expands access to Crunchyroll’s extensive anime library, allowing fans to discover, subscribe to, and stream anime directly from their consoles.
Crunchyroll’s Mega Fan membership is available through the PlayStation® Store on PS5® and PS4® for IDR 49,000 (approximately US$2.90) per month. With this membership*, fans can enjoy ad-free streaming, download select titles for offline viewing on supported devices, stream simultaneously on up to four devices, and access Crunchyroll Game Vault, which features a collection of more than 100 anime-inspired mobile games.
The Fan membership is also available for IDR 39,000 (approximately US$2.30) per month through QR code registration, providing access to Crunchyroll’s anime library on one device.
Subscriptions are linked to customers’ Crunchyroll accounts, allowing them to access the service through PlayStation consoles and other supported devices.
Fans can enjoy anime titles streaming this quarter, including Black Clover Season 2 with Indonesian subtitles, Firefly Wedding with Indonesian dubbing and subtitles, and Overgeared, which is available exclusively on Crunchyroll.
The availability of Crunchyroll memberships on PS5® and PS4® supports the platform’s continued expansion in Indonesia. Crunchyroll offers more than 690 anime titles in the country, with over 400 titles available with Indonesian subtitles.
An increasing number of titles also feature Indonesian dubbing, including Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Kaiju No. 8, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. Crunchyroll continues to expand its Indonesian-language offerings across new and returning anime series.
