Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse thrilled fans today with a series of surprise announcements during the successful conclusion of the Honkai: Star Rail game concert. Alongside a spectacular audio-visual celebration, the event confirmed a much-anticipated collaboration between Honkai: Star Rail and Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works], as well as a sneak peek at a brand-new Honkai title currently in development.
This grand event not only brought back memories of past trailblazing adventures but also offered a glimpse into an exhilarating future for both Honkai: Star Rail and the Honkai universe.
A Galactic Journey Two Years in the Making
Since its global launch on April 26, 2023, Honkai: Star Rail has become a fan-favorite space fantasy RPG, known for its breathtaking interstellar worlds, rich cultural diversity, and immersive storytelling. In celebration of its second anniversary, the game hosted a concert in Shanghai from May 1–3, 2025, with a global livestream on May 3, 2025.

Collaboration Confirmed: Honkai: Star Rail x Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]
After initial teasers during the Version 2.4 Preview and Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, HoYoverse officially confirmed details of its collaboration with Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]. Themed event “Beautiful Dream and the Holy Grail” is set to launch on July 11, 2025.
Playable characters Archer and Saber will join the roster:
- Archer (Hunt: Quantum) – Available for free as a 5★ character upon logging in once the event begins.
- Saber (Destruction: Wind) – Obtainable via the Star Rail Special Pass in a limited-time Warp event.
These iconic characters are designed by Takashi Takeuchi, with collaborative story supervision by Kinoko Nasu, promising authenticity and narrative depth.
