Last time, I wrapped up Nobody Nowhere in just two streams, and it’s been quite the ride. Let’s take a quick throwback: the game was created by the ultra-small team Tag:hadal, which consists of just BlackFourteen and wen-1000. Since the beginning, they’ve never had more than two full-time developers working on content creation. Despite this, the game has made a huge impact with its immersive storytelling and unique vibe.
What’s New with Nobody Nowhere?
According to wen-1000, it’s been nearly a month since the game’s release, and here’s what’s currently in the works:
- Japanese Localization is actively being developed.
- Polish Translation is also progressing.
- An unofficial fanbook (non-canon content) is being created for domestic conventions in China. A free digital version will be released after physical copies are sold out.
Future Content Plans:
- Official Post-Story Fanbook – Released in fanbook format with additional lore and content.
- Zana Route DLC – A new story route focusing on Zana.
- Tiger Route DLC – Another character-focused expansion on Tiger’s storyline.
Development Challenges & Team Update
wen-1000 also shared insights about the production process:
“Tag:hadal is an ultra-small team consisting of BlackFourteen and wen-1000. Since the beginning, there have never been more than 2 full-time developers working on content creation within the studio.”
While Nobody Nowhere was completed with help from many friends, those collaborators had full-time jobs and can’t continue working on future content. Now, only BlackFourteen remains as the sole full-time developer continuing production.
