The upcoming ecchi anime Pervert’s Apartment Complex has revealed its latest promotional preview and confirmed its broadcast schedule. The series will begin airing on Japanese television on April 5, featuring a censored broadcast version, while the uncensored version will stream exclusively on AnimeFesta starting April 7.

Synopsis
The story follows Yoshida, a small and physically weak high school graduate who unexpectedly becomes the manager of an apartment complex. The position falls to him after his father—the previous manager—suffers an injury and can no longer handle the job.
What Yoshida doesn’t realize at first is that the apartment building is home to several unusual residents—women with extremely eccentric and unconventional personalities. Managing the complex soon becomes far more complicated than he ever imagined.
Things take an even stranger turn when a mysterious entity begins distributing items known as “Libido Cloth.” These revealing outfits grant the wearers supernatural abilities, dramatically amplifying their behavior and causing chaos throughout the building.
As the women gain strange new powers and the situation spirals out of control, Yoshida is left trying to maintain order in an increasingly unpredictable environment. What begins as a simple management job quickly becomes a bizarre struggle to contain the chaos spreading throughout the apartment complex.
With its blend of outrageous comedy, supernatural elements, and adult-oriented humor, Pervert’s Apartment Complex aims to deliver an over-the-top ecchi experience when it premieres in April 2026.
