The distributor will still be Media Link, just like in the previous seasons. Season 3 will focus on Hoshino Ruby, who ends up falling for an actor named Kamoshida Sakuya — who also happens to be the key player behind the “Scandal Arc” (covering chapters 91–108).
The trailer also gives us a glimpse of Ruby’s first encounter with Kamoshida Sakuya, which takes place during the “Main Stay Arc” (chapters 81–90).
The studio behind the anime remains the same — Doga Kobo is back in charge of production, with Kadokawa serving as the main production committee. Plus, Crunchyroll will also be involved in the third season’s production.
[Oshi no Ko] Season 3 will officially premiere on January 14, 2026, and it’s expected to have around 12 to 13 episodes when it airs.
