Next Minecraft Live Date Possibly Leaked

Agustus 14, 2025
Minecraft Live stream date accidentally leaked on Mojang’s Spanish website — September 22 highlighted

The next Minecraft Live broadcast could take place as early as September 22, according to sources claiming Mojang accidentally revealed the date through a website error. While the Minecraft development team has yet to officially confirm the timing of the stream, the rumored date would mark exactly six months since the last Minecraft Live aired.

From March to September — A Six-Month Gap

The previous Minecraft Live episode aired on March 22, treating fans to an extended look at A Minecraft Movie ahead of its April 4 release in US theaters. The livestream also showcased a slew of in-game updates, including:

  • Happy Ghast mount — a rideable, friendly Ghastling found in the Soulsand Valley biome of the Nether.

  • Vibrant Visuals shaders — introduced for Bedrock Edition and released the same day.

These updates rolled out in stages through the spring and summer, keeping players engaged until the next major drop.

The Alleged Leak

As spotted by Insider Gaming, Mojang’s Spanish-language site briefly listed the next Minecraft Live stream for Monday, September 22 at 1:00 PM Eastern. This date was mentioned in the FAQ section of the Spanish version but is completely absent from the English site.

If accurate, September 22 would not only be the six-month anniversary of the last stream, but also align neatly with Mojang’s seasonal update cycle — possibly signaling the rollout of major fall content.

What to Expect in the Next Minecraft Live

Should the September broadcast happen, fans could see new details on:

  • The Fall Drop — focused heavily on copper-themed blocks, mechanics, and decorative features.

  • Additional 2025 and 2026 content — including updates already available in preview for Bedrock Edition beta and Java Edition snapshot builds.

Mojang announced a surprise third content drop for 2025 on July 1, with some features now open for player testing. PC players can opt in through the Minecraft launcher’s preview tab to explore experimental additions ahead of their official release.

Still Waiting for Official Word

As of now, Mojang has not confirmed the September 22 date. While the Spanish site listing adds credibility to the rumor, fans should take it with a grain of salt until an announcement is made through Minecraft’s official channels.
