Fate/Grand Order has officially announced that its latest Main Story chapter will launch in June 2026. However, the announcement currently applies only to the Japanese server, with the Global server release schedule to be confirmed at a later date.
Access Requirements for the New Chapter (JP Server)
To unlock the upcoming chapter, players on the Japanese server must first complete the Main Story arc “Aftertime no Hajimari.” In addition, they are required to clear two Crown Certification Battles from different classes.
It is important to note that:
Extra I and Extra II are each counted as one separate class.
The two required Crown Certification Battles must come from different class categories.
These prerequisites indicate that the new chapter will likely represent a major narrative progression, requiring players to demonstrate advanced roster preparation and class mastery.
Storm Pod Consumption 0 Campaign Announced
As part of the lead-up campaign, the developers will gradually roll out a Storm Pod Consumption 0 event for the Crown Coronation Battle mode.
The schedule currently confirmed includes:
March 2, 2026 – Berserker class
March 9, 2026 – Lancer class
Additional class schedules will be announced later.
This campaign is designed to help players complete the required battles more efficiently before the new chapter opens, lowering the resource barrier for participation.

For Global server players, this announcement offers an early glimpse into the future direction of FGO’s main storyline. While the exact release timing outside Japan remains unconfirmed, historically the Global server follows a delayed schedule.
