Following the recent introduction of the Psion class, Dungeons & Dragons continues its push toward a high-magic evolution with its latest Unearthed Arcana (UA) release. Available now as a free PDF download via D&D Beyond, this new playtest showcases nine mystic subclasses—a blend of improved legacy content and original creations.

Of the nine subclasses featured, seven are reworks of existing archetypes, while two are brand-new entries for players looking to experiment with fresh magical flavor:
