CD PROJEKT RED has officially dropped a fresh trailer for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, confirming the exact broadcast schedule for the anticipated anime project. Set once again in the neon-soaked metropolis of the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, the upcoming series is scheduled to premiere globally and exclusively on Netflix on October 20, 2026.
Departing from the story of the first season, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 will serve as a standalone 10-episode series featuring an entirely new cast of characters.
The project marks another high-profile collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and acclaimed animation studio TRIGGER. This time around, the narrative follows an interconnected group of mercenaries as they fight through personal conflicts, high-stakes action, and intense thematic arcs centered around revenge and redemption within Night City.
