Digimon Beatbreak Premieres with 48 Consecutive Episodes

Oktober 7, 2025

The official website and social media channels for the Digimon franchise have announced the broadcast of a brand-new anime titled Digimon Beatbreak, which officially premiered on October 5, 2025. The series is scheduled to run for a total of 48 consecutive episodes, making it one of the longest-running Digimon TV anime entries in recent years.

The story follows Tenma Tomorou, the series’ new protagonist, alongside his partner Digimon Gekkoumon — a completely new lead Digimon that replaces the iconic Agumon from previous installments. This shift marks a significant evolution for the franchise, symbolizing a fresh direction in both narrative and world design.

Digimon Beatbreak is a collaborative project between Toei Animation and Bandai Namco, the IP holder of the Digimon franchise. Their joint effort aims to expand the universe of Digimon while introducing new digital elements and storytelling innovations.

One of the key features in this new series is the introduction of E-Pulse, a groundbreaking form of digital technology that plays a crucial role in everyday life — from managing finances to supporting the daily needs of society. The concept of E-Pulse is expected to be deeply tied to the main plot, providing a fresh technological twist to the Digimon world.

Fans can stream Digimon Beatbreak exclusively on  Crunchyroll, complete with Indonesian subtitles and English Subtiles, with new episodes releasing every Saturday at 7:00 a.m. JST (GMT+9).

With a bold new story, an original Digimon partner, and 48 continuous weeks of adventure, Digimon Beatbreak promises to deliver a refreshing evolution of the beloved digital monster saga.
