What is ‘Suspectives’?
In Suspectives, players take turns being interrogated in the middle of a murder investigation. Each round, one player is secretly chosen as the “killer”, while others must question them, listen carefully, and decide whether their answers hold up — or hilariously fall apart. The rest of the group votes on how convincing the accused player is, and the tension builds until the killer is either caught or escapes suspicion.
According to game director Tim Sniffen, the goal is “to determine which player is the secret criminal, but at the same time, you’re learning about your friends or co-workers and discovering which boy band they think is the best.” The result is a hybrid of social deduction and comedic self-discovery.
