Silver Palace has officially reopened registration for a new technical test of Dichotomy: Retrace, as the developer continues preparing the game for its eventual full release. The latest testing phase comes shortly after the previous beta test and will focus primarily on performance optimization and platform compatibility.
According to the developer, the technical test is intended to gather additional player feedback while helping the team identify technical issues and improve the overall gameplay experience. The goal is to ensure that Dichotomy: Retrace can deliver a smoother experience across supported devices when the final version launches.
Registration will remain open until October 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM UTC+8, or 5:00 PM WIB. The test will be available on Android, iOS, and PC, with the platform assigned to each participant based on the information provided in the registration survey.
Players who are selected will receive further details regarding the testing schedule and access through email or other official communication channels. Since the technical test is limited and confidential, participants will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before gaining access.
The test will also feature a data wipe, meaning all progress made during the testing period will not carry over to the final game. In addition, in-game purchases will not be available during the technical test.
Players who previously participated in the Dichotomy: Retrace beta should also take note that their previous access does not automatically transfer to this new testing phase. They must complete the new registration survey. Players who have already received access through the previous beta test will reportedly receive direct access after submitting the required survey.
The version being tested will feature an optimized build of Silver Palace, although most of its content will remain similar to the previous beta. The development team is still working on device compatibility, performance, and visual quality.
As a result, participants may encounter technical problems such as device overheating, frame-rate drops, and stuttering during the test. Silver Palace has emphasized that this build is still under development and should not be considered representative of the final quality of Dichotomy: Retrace at launch.
